Dr. Alicia H. McAuliffe is a licensed clinical health psychologist, behavioral researcher, and healthcare executive for over 25 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology, completed her master's and Ph.D. at St. John's University and her Doctoral Fellowships at the Yale University School of Medicine in clinical health psychology.
She was the founder and CEO of the Circle of Life Camp, Inc., an international nonprofit camp for children with diabetes that served children and families for 15 years. She was Vice President of Lifestyle Management at the American Diabetes Association, Vice President of Patient-Centered Research at the T1D Exchange, Vice President of Research and Client Success at PatientsLikeMe, and Head of Behavioral Science at Human Care Systems prior to becoming an independent consultant for nonprofit organizations and healthcare companies. She is a practicing licensed clinical psychologist, behavioral researcher, speaker, and author.
For 30 years she has been studying different modalities of healing outside of the traditional medical model. She has trained in several areas including energy healing, herbology, homeopathy, nutraceuticals, and nutritional psychology. She is a Naturopathic Practitioner and is certified in Reiki. In clinical practice she integrates evidence-based current clinical psychology methods with ancient healing methods to empower people to live happy and healthy lives with purpose and passion.
